Last year Mundaring Hills Open Studios had a record breaking year. We had a record number of artists participate reaching 65 in total at 37 studios.

​

We had more people visit than any other year, up by 16%, making it a total of around 4000 visitors.

​

Over $500k of art was sold over the two weekends. It was an amazing event and looking forward to this year which will be even bigger and better.

​

Thank you to all visitors for supporting our local artists and helping in making this event such a success.

There will be 75 artists participating at 37 studios. We are in for an exciting two weeks. Some of our artists will be holding talks and demonstrations, explaining their processes.

​

For example

Glass artist, Silvana Ferrario will be holding demos where visitors will be able to make coasters and small plates.  The equipment for kilnformed glass will be on display and explanations given.

Painter, Johanna Zeelenberg will be holding scheduled demonstrations/artist talks, drawing demo and discussion.
