Kath Whiteside

For years I have recycled tiles and broken crockery. By using it in a mosaic it will live on a little longer.  My shed/studio is filled with goodies waiting to be transformed and the best inspiration comes from living in the hills. Wildflowers, birds and animals form a large part of what I like to do and you may be able to find some of my work in the Super Block in Glen Forrest.

I’ve been a member of MAANZ (Mosaic Association of Australia and New Zealand) for fifteen years, exhibited in many places and been involved in several community projects but mostly I’m happy just doing what I please, when I feel like it and being content with what comes from that.
