Katey predominantly paints in acrylic, embracing a confident colour palette balanced in both bold and detailed applications.

Animals, archetypes, goddesses and the like often present, holding a sense of magical wonder, inspiration and a  connection to one’s inner and outer worlds through symbolism and metaphor.

​

After study in the arts and years of painting it wasn’t until Katey began to study Transpersonal Art Therapy almost a decade ago that she found what really made her heart sing in Intuitive Art.
