Pamela Sistrunk is a textile artisan and has been designing throws and scarves for over 30 years. She has an avid interest in designing and creating garments directly from the animal to the spinning wheel then to the weaving loom.

Pamela wants to explore working with natural fibres using mediums such as plants and trees, she has a particular interest in recycling substances from the environment.

Pamela feels it’s important to preserve these traditions and Wild Yarns became the vehicle which provides this through meaningful sustainable work and preservation of crafts which can then be handed down through generations.
