Laula Perey’s arts practice is inspired by her appreciation for the natural environment and the diversity of life within it.

For nearly a decade she has been honing her skills in making unique handcrafted feather and seed pod earrings.

​

Every feather and seed pod used in her art is sourced ethically from bush walks, natural moulting’s and found birds.

This process of sourcing imbues each of her works with a narrative of where they were found and from where they came, be they, bird or tree.
